REGULATION
1. Purpose - Select the poster of the XI International Film Festival el Ojo cojo which aims to promote intercultural dialogue and integration of socially disadvantaged groups, but primarily raising awareness of the various facets of reality, trying not to fall into clichés .

3. Technical features -
will be free of design and techniques, provided the reproduction possible.
The posters will be presented in digital format and in PDF format.
Its design format must conform in order to play vertically and 50 cm in size. x 70 cm.considering that a space should be reserved for the inclusion of the sponsors of the Festival and QR code that will go into a strip 45 x 5 (approx.) on white background.
The authors then provide preseleccionadosdeberán resulting in the corresponding magnetic support all the necessary files for proper printing of your poster.
Failure to provide the documentation required for proper printing will give rise to disqualification.

All works shall bear the following legend: "Eleventh International Film Festival lame Eye", and the place and date of completion

In no case shall state the author's name on the poster.
5. Prizes - Depending on the confirmation of funding sources, the festival jury awarded a single prize of 400,00 Euros

6 - Presentation.
The deadline for receipt of entries will end on 2 dediciembre 2014 at 13.00 hours.
Papers should be sent only by sending a link Mega.co.nz folder (other platforms are not accepted) the folder should contain:
a file with the poster in .pdf party, which should be named "elojocojo1" followed by the initials of the author (elojocojo1 XXX.pdf); and a document in Word or pdf which extension should be named "escrow" followed by the initials of the author (plica_XXX) which should contain: the title of the file submitted (elojocojo1_XXX.pdf) and the data of the author (name, surname, ID number and contact details: telephone, email and, if applicable, account twitter and / or facebook).
To ensure anonymity of the works submitted to the opinion of the jury, in any case on the poster (.pdf file) elements (name and signature) to allow identification of the author should appear.
7 - Jury.
A. The jury will consist of experts in the field, and will be appointed by the competition organizers.
The jury may declare the prize void and resolve all matters not provided for in these rules.
B. The decision of the jury is, in any case, final.
C. The panel shall issue its decision, which will be published on the website of the lame eye and communicated directly to the award-winning author
9 - . Works awarded
A. The winning work will be owned exclusively by the Congress organization and can be played to announce the conference, publication of minutes and do promotional use as deemed appropriate, always mention the author or authors.
B. The Congress is empowered to enter and / or suggest any changes to the cartel awarded if there is any technical difficulty for printing or to enter any text or logo that does not initially included in these rules.
8. General Provisions - Registration is a participation agreement Poster implies acceptance of the conditions of this Regulation. For cases not provided, the decision will be the Festival.
Contest organizers are committed to maximum exposure by all relevant channels and through various media of the winning work, always indicating the authorship of it.
Shortlisted work and no winners will be presented, with the permission of their authors, under the Festival
The organization reserves the right to modify these terms through no fault involving a modification of some of the structural elements that affect it.
