Good news for film-makers in need of funding.Tae Shik Kim, the Director of Korea Tourism Organization told yours truly following a presentationabout his country  to the TAAI Associations in Western India that KTO and the Korean Film Commission are offering subsidies to the tune of USD 200,000 to film-makers to shoot in Korea.
