On October 27th, Women In Film.Dallas hosts our 10th Annual Chick Flicks Film Festival at the Angelika! Showcasing new and seasoned talent in a variety of genres, the Chick Flicks Festival celebrates Texas women in film. Proceeds from submission entry fees and ticket sales benefit the WIF.D scholarship fund. Scholarship recipients will be presented their award the night of the festival along with festival winners.
The first film festival in the history of Korean film world has been organized only for children and by children.

Children's International Film Festival (CIFF) is a celebration of the infinite "Creativity" and "Curiosity" in children. The overaching objectives of this one-of-its-kinds festival are:
- providing a solid & continuing platform for the children to express their infinite creativity by participating in the inter-school Filmmaking competition section
- feeding their infinite curiosity by screening award-winning, meaningful and inspiring films from all across the world in the International Films section.
The theme for the festival is `JOURNEY`. Comedies about a journey to work, docs about journeys into crime, dramas about the journeys and trials of love. If you feel that your short film represents a journey of any kind then we would love to see it!
Established in 2009, the China Image Film Festival is the largest Chinese film festival in Europe. Hosted in London, the festival aims to promote Chinese films and cultures to UK audience.

The 6th China International Animation and Digital Arts Festival (CICDAF
2009) will be held from October 28th to November 5th, 2009 in the city
of Changzhou in eastern China’s Jiangsu Province with the sponsorship
and support of the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of
China.
Sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television of
PRC and Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, organized by Hangzhou
Municipal People’s Government, Zhejiang Provincial Administration of
Radio and Television and Zhejiang Radio and Television Group, the 5th
China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) will be
grandly held in beautiful Hangzhou from April 25 to May 3, 2009.
The 15th Annual Chinese American Film Festival (CAFF) that will be held later on this year is currently accepting submissions for short films and feature films!
CAFF aims to promote dialogues between Chinese and American filmmakers, increase cooperation between China and the US film market, and promote friendship and cultural exchanges between the two countries. CAFF is the only film festival recognized by SARFT and MPA; the only film festival recorded in the annual report of the US Congress; the only film festival listed as part of US-China cultural activities announced by John Kerry, Secretary of State. So it makes it a very unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of and associated with! This year’s film festival will offer the top film and TV bureaus as well as the top Chinese studio executives along with our usual great events including award ceremony and summit event. To be eligible for consideration films must be produced between 1/1/18 and 9/30/19.
Chinh India Community Film Festival is aimed to reach future change makers - young people - by showcasing world class audio-visual media and initiating a dialogue about repositioning LOCAL in GLOBAL.
